1. By entering and participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below ( Terms and Conditions ).

3. The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEDT) on Monday 23 March 2026 and closes at 9:00am (AEST) on Monday 13 April 2026 ( Promotional Period ).
4. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
5. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a) Complete the promotion entry form at www.porta.com.au/competition and
b) Provide all required information, including full name, email address and any other mandatory fields specified on the promotional entry form.
6. Only fully completed and valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be accepted.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, misleading, fraudulent or submitted outside the Promotional Period.
8. Limit of one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise specified on the competition landing page.
9. Employees of the Promoter and its related entities (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ), and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. The prize draw will take place at 145 McKellar Way, Epping VIC 3076, at 10:00am (AEST) Monday 13 April 2026, using a random draw process.

15. Prize values are correct at the time of publishing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
16. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
17. If any prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
18. The winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact details provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.
19. The winners surname, first name initial and postcode of residence will be published on www.porta.com.au .
20. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.
21. An unclaimed prize draw, if required, will take place at 145 McKellar Way, Epping VIC 3076 on 9:00am (AEST) Tuesday 28 April 2026, and the winner will be notified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be included in any unclaimed prize draw.
22. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use this information for promotional, marketing, research and profiling purposes, including contacting entrants electronically.
23. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Porta’s Privacy Policy, available at www.porta.com.au .

26. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law. 27. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time, subject to regulatory approval where required.
28. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
