Humble, practical and so versatile, that’s dowel. One of the most popular and useful mouldings in the Porta range, crafted from quality Tasmanian oak and clear pine. Use different sizes for different projects.  Larger ones for handrails and curtain rods. Medium dowels are ideal for towel rails, wall hangings and kitchen plate racks. Finer dowels are best for hobbies and crafts such as model making, constructing kites and toys.
