Innovation: “Innovation” epitomises the Porta culture and can be seen in our retail merchandising programme. This includes the nationwide point of sale product merchandising initiative and the regular launch of new decorating products, for both consumers and building professionals.

Customers:  As a family-owned business, we continue to uphold the traditional values of quality and service.  The large number of long-standing customers and suppliers bears testimony to our business ethos of “partnerships” and is the basis of our continued business success.

Consumers:  The passion for home renovation has never been stronger in Australia.  Our company strategy and ongoing research reflects this trend and product ranges are actively revised and promoted.  This is achieved primarily through exciting in-store merchandising, including DIY project leaflets, design ideas, as well as creative promotion through national magazines, DIY TV segments and relevant lifestyle shows.
